Welcome to the 13th CAEXPO & CABIS and 2016 Nanning International Folk Songs Arts Festival. For visa extension and lost passport report, you are advised to read the following important notices，we will provide convenience for emergency.

一、签证延期

Visa extension

1、住宿地派出所或宾馆出具的临时住宿登记表；

Temporary registration form from local police station or hotel；

2、组委会或邀请公司出具的函件；

Letter from The “CHINA-ASEAN” committee or invitation company；

3、一张标准两寸彩照；

A standard 2 inches photo；

4、护照复印件。

Copy of the passport。

二、护照报失证明

Lost passport report certificate

1、住宿地派出所或宾馆出具的临时住宿登记；

Temporary registration form from local police station or hotel；

2、派出所受案回执；

The receipt from police station；

3、护照复印件。

Copy of the passport。
